Before anything else

If your question is about how the viewer works, which accounts are supported or why stories sometimes do not appear, please check the FAQ section on the home page first. It resolves 90% of common doubts and you get an instant answer without waiting.

Support and errors

We do not run a personalized support channel. If you hit a reproducible bug, the most useful step is to wait 24-48 hours and retry: most viewer failures are caused by temporary changes in TikTok's public API and resolve themselves once we ship a server update.

If the issue persists, check the blog: we publish notices about major incidents and workarounds.

Privacy and personal data

We do not request or store personally identifiable data. If you still want to exercise your GDPR/CCPA rights or resolve cookie-related doubts, read our privacy policy; it details what we process, which providers are involved and how to disable third-party cookies from your browser.

DMCA and copyright

If you are a rights holder and want to report infringing content or request the removal of a specific profile from the index, follow the procedure described in our DMCA policy. It explains what a valid notification must contain and how to send it. Incomplete requests are discarded.

Advertising

We do not sell direct ad placements. All monetization is handled through Google AdSense. To advertise, use the Google Ads dashboard.

What we do NOT handle

• Requests to access private profiles.
• Hacking or account recovery requests.
• Personal TikTok account questions (we are not TikTok).
• Unsolicited SEO outreach or link-exchange offers.
